Target size of 1,800 square feet

Ranges from 1,200 - 2,200 square feet depending on trade area characteristics

Mall food court target size ranges from 600-800 square feet

Minimum frontage of 20 feet

Zoning to accommodate retail food service use, no liquor license needed

Building exterior to allow standard storefront design and signage

Excellent visibility, access and parking adequate for site use
